I spoke with a Sonia, a customer service representative at Xfinity in order to transfer service to a new residence. She was wonderful! She anticipated questions I had about transferring and answered them before I could even ask them. She was resourceful in finding me the best deal and walked me through each of the steps to get and setup the equipment. I enjoyed her upbeat attitude and perseverance in walking me through the procedure. Full disclosure - I find myself in the more mature demographic and Sonia was so great about walking me through all of the text messages required to setup service. Go Sonia!
